• Diabetes Dayton offers a free two-part series of adult diabetes education classes each month!

  • Classes are taught by Certified Diabetes Educators

  • Accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators

  • Open to newly diagnosed diabetics, pre-diabetics and those interested in a refresher class    

  • Classes will resume in February 2021.  Class size will be limited and you MUST wear a face covering.  You must register either on line or by calling our office.  937-220-6611

Diabetes Survival Skills (101)

What you'll learn in our 101 Class:

  • Explanation of the disease

  • Monitoring properly

  • Taking medications and insulin

  • Treating highs and lows

  • Introduction to meal planning

Class Time: Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Dates:  February 13th; March 13th; April 10th; May 8th; June 12th; July 10th; August 14th; September 11th; October 9th; November 13th and December 11th.
