Diabetes Dayton is able to perform A1c tests in the office for just $20. Our finger-stick test can let you (and your doctor!) know your average blood sugar level for the past three months. **We need 30 MINUTES notice before we can perform an A1c test!**
The cartridges are refrigerated, and must be warmed to room temperature. Please schedule a test time with this thirty minute window in mind. Thanks!
