Healthy Cooking Classes with Chef Erin
We are now hosting our healthy cooking classes in our brand new kitchen! Every 4th Saturday we'll be cookin' in the kitchen with Diet Tech Registered Chef Erin. Each of our cooking classes will be themed. This class is for anyone looking to make positive dietary change, not just for diabetics. These classes will have a nominal fee, of anywhere from $20-$30, depending on what we will be preparing. Costs will cover cooking demonstrations, a full meal, recipes, and substitution ideas for everyday cooking. Classes will be held right here at Diabetes Dayton from11AM-2PM. Grab a friend and instead of meeting at a restaurant, learn how to cook while Chef Erin creates your lunch.
